What is the HR and payroll audit? 

HR and payroll audits are intended to verify whether employee documentation is properly kept and to identify any shortcomings, as well as to confirm that HR and payroll processes are carried out properly as well as to identify areas requiring improvement.

HR and payroll audits are often preceded by the implementation of HR outsourcing and payroll outsourcing services. The audit may be conducted once or cyclically, at predefined time intervals, e.g. on an annual basis.
