Flexible working hours

We respect our employees’ time and understand that each of you has different needs and capacities. We provide flexible working hours, ranging from 7am to 5pm.

Group insurance (only in PL)

Enel-Med medical care (only in PL)

Lunch break included in the working time

In Advartis Group each employee has a 30-minute lunch break which is included in the working time. You do not have to make up for it.

I have almost 20 years of overall work experience. I had worked in a corporation and in state-owned companies, but nearly 4 years ago I came to Contract Administration and I find it to be the coolest company.

Working with external clients requires regular updating of skills. There is a wide range of issues to deal with on a daily basis, so nobody gets bored. At the same time, if there is a “thirst for knowledge”, one can learn a lot.
