Why join CA team?

I found the beginning of my work at CA very challenging. However, I received lots of support from my supervisor, who believed in me from the start and helped me overcome difficulties. After a few months, I became Team Coordinator and later I was promoted to Senior Specialist.

For me, working at CA is about understanding, support, development opportunities and a wonderful atmosphere. Whether I go to the office in Łódź or to the headquarters in Warsaw, I am always warmly welcomed and I do not feel like a stranger. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I cannot imagine myself in another place. I wish everyone such an employer!

The thing I like most about working at CA is that even after 5 years I can still say that I am still learning something new. But what really keeps me here is the flexible working hours, great colleagues and good supervisors that I can count on!

Working at CA is ideal for me in several ways. Since we process various payroll clients, we come across many payroll issues and gain a wide range of knowledge in a short period of time. Flexible time allows me to do my job whenever it suits me best. Leadership is not rigid, on the contrary, creativity knows no bounds and every new idea is welcomed.

I have almost 20 years of overall work experience. I had worked in a corporation and in state-owned companies, but nearly 4 years ago I came to Contract Administration and I find it to be the coolest company.

Working with external clients requires regular updating of skills. There is a wide range of issues to deal with on a daily basis, so nobody gets bored. At the same time, if there is a “thirst for knowledge”, one can learn a lot.

The company is not too large, so it gives the impression of a family atmosphere, but it is big enough to be a major player on the labour market. For me, what counts above all, is a fantastic working atmosphere and the opportunity to set the tasks myself.
