Administration of benefits

Employee benefits, which are additional, non-wage benefits, are used widely by most employers. According to research conducted by, 69% of employees receive at least one benefit at their workplace. The most popular are the medical packages, sports cards and group insurances.

Benefits are granted to all employees or to specific groups of them. In most cases, taking advantage of a given benefit requires submitting an appropriate application or declaration. Such a form is also required when resigning from a given benefit or changing it, e.g. switching to another medical subscription package.
