[Poland] Contract Administration – partner of HR conference Kongres Kadry 2023

Contract Administration has become a partner of the 38th edition of Kongres Kadry – one of the most important HR events in Poland. During the conference, together with our client Volkswagen Group Services – we will present a case study on the implementation of E-File (E-Teczka).

Kongres Kadry will take place on 23 – 24 October 2023 at the Copernicus Science Centre (Centrum Nauki Kopernik) in Warsaw. The conference combines networking and presentations of key HR trends with workshops and expert discussions.

E-file implementation – case study

On the second day of the conference, during the track dedicated to the digitisation of HR processes, we will share our experience of implementing E-File at Volkswagen Group Services.

During our presentation, we will elaborate on:

• What are the key benefits of implementing E-Files for HR and executives?
• What is the best way to start preparing for the digitisation of personal files in order to ensure a smooth implementation of the process?
• What are the biggest challenges during the implementation and day-to-day use of E-files?
• How to implement employee self-service with E-Files?

What is an e-file? 

E-File is a solution that enables the transition to a fully electronic form of employee record keeping:

• Each electronic document must be provided with metadata as defined by the regulation and must meet the technical quality requirements.
• If the document is converted from a paper document to an electronic one, it additionally must be provided with a qualified electronic signature or an electronic seal.
