[Poland] List of managing authorities of PPK

We already know the official list of financial institutions that have been entered into the Employee Capital Plans (Pracownicze Plany Kapitałowe – PPK) records kept by the Polish Development Fund (Polski Fundusz Rozwoju – PFR) and thus can offer PPK to employers.

At the moment, the list includes 14 entities that have the rights to manage funds collected under the PPK. According to the regulations in force, the records may only contain:

• Investment Funds, managed by (Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych – TFI);
• Pension Funds, managed by universal pension fund (Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne – PTE) or employee pension funds (Pracownicze Towarzystwa Emerytalne – PrTE);
• Insurance companies.
