Group HR Director
Agata Szymańska is responsible for HR activities in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. She has over 20 years of experience in the HR area, also at a global level. Prior to joining Crowe, she held leadership positions in international organizations. She is interested in issues related to employee motivation and development. Agata places great emphasis on building a work environment that motivates employees to develop and achieve their goals.
