Vice Director of Wrocław Branch
Sylwia has been with Contract Administration for over 20 years. She knows the organization very well and actively supports its development.
She is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities and co-creating and implementing strategies. She is also responsible for managing the CA team in Wrocław and supporting the organizational culture. Sylwia has many years of experience in working with key clients, optimizing operational processes and providing soft skills training.
