Joanna Psiurska
HR Administration Director - Wrocław
Joanna has been associated with Contract Administration since 2006 and is currently responsible for managing the HR Administration Department at the company’s Wrocław office, which provides HR outsourcing services to over 80 clients across various industries.
She has many years of experience in HR outsourcing, team and HR process management, as well as in implementing HR-related projects. From the very beginning, she has been involved in the CA e-files project (digitization of personnel files and employee documentation) as a new product for CA clients developed within the expansion of the Asistar 2.0 employee portal.
In 2023, with the support of a dedicated team, she successfully implemented the first electronic personnel files at CA for a several-hundred-employee client from the SSC sector.
