Magdalena Aleksandrowicz
CEO of CA in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia
She has been employed in Contract Administration in Warsaw since 1991, i.e. from the very beginning of existence of the company.
Currently, she holds the position of the President of the Management Board. Her responsibilities include: operational and quality control of outsourcing of business operations including payroll processing services, training and providing support for a client with regard to common outsourcing solutions and training and development of employees. She implemented many significant projects of personnel and payroll outsourcing on the SAP ERP HCM platform for representative offices of international companies in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia from various industries. She has also a license of a tax advisor.
