Alena has 10-year experience in management with the emphasis on HR, payroll, and education.
She has managed more than 40 employees and coordinated the office that provided service to more than 45 clients. Also, she was a lecturer at management courses and a speaker at numerous international conferences.
Currently, Alena manages and supervises comprehensive payroll processes, prepares management and statutory reports for clients, supervises new projects and solutions for the development of the payroll department as well as identifies and implements new market opportunities. She likes sports, playing chess, reading and dancing.
