Rafał Greupner joins the Advartis Group leadership team

In his role as Group Director of Digital Platforms and Transformation, Rafał Greupner will support the Management Board and business leaders with knowledge and experience in digital transformation – from strategy and operating model to implementation and measurable results.

Rafał`s responsibilities will include, among others, the development of digital platforms, the use of AI in current and new products and processes, and the development of scalable solutions for clients.

Rafał is a manager with 17 years of experience leading complex, business-critical initiatives. He has worked on programs in Poland and international markets – in Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Asia – combining responsibility for strategy development and its results with a hands-on operational perspective. His experience includes implementing transformation and implementation programs for global technology organizations, which will translate into a practical approach to scaling solutions within the Advartis Group, which includes Contract Administration.

He holds an MBA from Franklin University and completed postgraduate studies in project management and finance/controlling. Since September 2025, he has been working on the team supporting the digital development of the Polish ICT sector at the Ministry of Digital Affairs, supporting work on international expansion under the “Polish Tech” brand.
