Paweł Lazar to speak at the 43rd Kongres Kadry

We are pleased to announce that Paweł Lazar, CEO of Contract Administration in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, will be among the speakers at the 43rd edition of Kongres Kadry, one of Poland’s leading events for HR directors, HR managers and senior business leaders.

About the event

Kongres Kadry, established in 2005, has long served as a platform for sharing experiences, inspiration and practical solutions among leaders responsible for organisational development and shaping the future of work. This year’s 43rd edition will take place on 26-27 October 2026 at the Copernicus Science Centre Conference Centre in Warsaw under the theme “A company is people”.

The event agenda features presentations by business leaders and HR experts representing industries including banking, finance and automotive. The organisers focus on practical case studies, actionable solutions and insights that participants can quickly implement within their own organisations.

About Paweł Lazar’s presentation

During his session titled “Why is HR becoming increasingly busy? Where does HR teams’ time go and how can they get it back?”, Paweł Lazar will explain why, despite the growing number of systems, automation tools and available technologies, HR departments still spend a significant portion of their time on administrative tasks.

The presentation will focus on the most common organisational “time drains”, including entering the same data multiple times, processes based on emails and manual approvals, a lack of integration between HR systems, time and attendance systems and payroll, as well as the manual preparation of reports. Participants will also learn about a practical framework for reclaiming time based on five key steps: standardisation, simplification, digitisation, automation and integration.

The session will conclude with a set of questions that HR leaders can use to assess the efficiency of their own processes once they return to their organisations. The core message of the presentation will be to view HR processes from the perspective of the entire data flow rather than individual administrative activities.
