Due to the coronavirus pandemic employers hiring at least 50 people as of 30 June 2019 have been given much more time to conclude the required agreements for the PPK, and the second phase of the programme implementation has been linked with the third phase.
Therefore, entities employing from 50 to 249 employees have time to sign the management agreement for the PPK until 27 October 2020 at the latest, and to conclude the agreement for running the PPK until 10 November this year at the latest. The remaining phases of PPK implementation have not been changed.
Below we present the current deadlines for the implementation of the PPK (the changed deadlines are marked in red in the table)
