[Poland] CEO of Contract Administration in the 100 Women of Business ranking

Magdalena Aleksandrowicz, Chief Executive Officer of Contract Administration, is among the “100 Women in Business”. The prestigious Puls Biznesu award is granted to businesswomen who successfully manage the companies with the highest growth dynamics.

The “100 Women in Business” ranking, organised by the editors of Puls Biznesu, is aimed at promoting entrepreneurship among women in Poland and appreciating the growing role of women in the Polish business world. This year’s ranking includes one hundred women managing companies with the highest sales and profit dynamics for the last two years.

Magdalena Aleksandrowicz, CEO of Contract Administration for Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia, has been working for the company since its establishment in 1991. Over 30 years, the company has become one of the largest providers of HR and payroll outsourcing services in the CEE region. Nowadays, it employs over 250 people in 7 operational centres in Poland, in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia.

Over 80% of the Contract Administration staff are women. This percentage is even higher among managers.
