The “100 Women in Business” ranking, organised by the editors of Puls Biznesu, is aimed at promoting entrepreneurship among women in Poland and appreciating the growing role of women in the Polish business world. This year’s ranking includes one hundred women managing companies with the highest sales and profit dynamics for the last two years.
Magdalena Aleksandrowicz, CEO of Contract Administration for Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia, has been working for the company since its establishment in 1991. Over 30 years, the company has become one of the largest providers of HR and payroll outsourcing services in the CEE region. Nowadays, it employs over 250 people in 7 operational centres in Poland, in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia.
It is a great honour to be among the leaders of Polish business. I am doubly pleased with this award, because on the one hand it is a proof of our company’s solid position on the market, and on the other hand it can be an inspiration for women in pursuing their own dreams and ambitions, which our company has always supported – says Magdalena Aleksandrowicz, CEO of Contract Administration.
Over 80% of the Contract Administration staff are women. This percentage is even higher among managers.
Our strong position on the market of HR and payroll services has been achieved thanks to the work of the entire Contract Administration team. It is very satisfying for me to observe how our employees thrive together with the organisation. Many of them have been associated with the company for many years – adds Magdalena Aleksandrowicz.
In 2020, Contract Administration was awarded the title of Outsourcing Star for the most dynamically developing HR and payroll company. The company was also among the top 3 fastest-growing BPO companies in Poland.
