Sylwia Kuczyńska 
Branch Director, Wrocław, CA  

Sylwia started her business adventure with Contract Administration in 2000, and in March 2024 she was appointed Deputy Director of the Contract Administration Branch in Wrocław.

Thanks to her commitment and the systematic expansion of her competences as well as the experience she has gained, Sylwia has enjoyed success after success at CA for 24 years. At present, her tasks include supervising day-to-day operational activities, co-creating and implementing strategies and ensuring the development of the organisational culture. Previously, as Strategic Account Manager, she was responsible for relationships with CA’s key clients, as well as for optimising operational processes. As a psychologist, she also provides training in soft skills, mainly focusing on stress management.

Payroll Department Director, CA 

Sylwia has been working in Contract Administration since 2005.

She started out as a Specialist. Since 2020, she has been a Payroll Department Director at the Wrocław branch of the company. She is responsible for launching projects for new customers, system implementations (SAP HR) and managing a subordinate team.
